*sigh*
Where did the time go? I've been running around like a turkey with its head cutoff (turkey - you like that substitute? Actually it's kinda gross, poor turkey). I’m trying to get organized here. Thanksgiving is the day after tomorrow. Fortunately I battled the hordes of grocery shoppers on Sunday *note to self - do not shop on a Sunday afternoon. *noted*
Now I’m reviewing my Thanksgiving day recipes and *attempting* to get organized - figure out what I can make the day before, how to prep so that I use my time effectively and efficiently – cause I’m all about efficiency. Oh and my favorite - making sure I pay special attention to the abbreviations: tbs, tsp & cup. i.e. Using 1 c of salt when the recipe calls for 1 tsp of salt makes for a failure of a Thanksgiving – Epic Failure
I feel a twinge of panic beginning to bud. Sprouting legs, gathering up speed from all directions of the universe ready to sprint, searing destruction and doom on its way to Epic Failureville. I shudder at the thought. Lord help me make it through the next couple of days.
Geeze – how did my mom manage to do all this all by herself????

People like to say "an education is priceless," but you clearly pay a price...PLUS INTEREST. Wouldn't it be nice if you could get a refund? (It would.)

In & Out...
Today is payday and I'm a little depressed.
Depressed because it's taken me two weeks to earn my paycheck and a record 20 mins to see it all go to out my checking account. My money goes to places like - the landlord, the water company, gas company, electric company, credit card bills and the list goes on and on and on.
I know that's the way life is...I just need to get that off my chest.
So there. Bet your parents didn't warn you about that one.
Happy Friday Ya'll!

First Biscuits of Truth
Pre-school biscuits of truth
Don't, don't, don't talk back – unless there’s a fire or the threat of bodily harm…
Don't bite your friends - unless they take something that's yours (stand up for yourself and fight for your rights gosh dangit!)
Sharing is caring – unless you’re thinking of sharing boyfriends or STD’s

First Post!!
Biscuits of truth is all about telling it like it is. We don't sugar coat it. We'll tell you the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. You may not like it and sometimes we don't, but it's the truth my friends and you know what they say about the truth - it shall set you free.
